BRAG&SHINE is built on one thing: real proof. Every blueprint published on this platform must represent a genuine, first-person experience. We do not accept fabricated results, exaggerated claims, or content that misrepresents what actually happened.

What makes a good blueprint

• A real transformation or process you personally completed
• Honest timelines — including setbacks and what didn't work
• Actual costs, not estimates or aspirational numbers
• Products and services you genuinely used
• Affiliate links you own and can stand behind

What is not allowed

• Fabricated or exaggerated results
• Medical diagnosis, prescription advice, or treatment claims
• Content that impersonates another creator or person
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting any group
• Adult content of any kind
• Spam affiliate links unrelated to the blueprint content
• Misleading pricing or hidden fees in "Work With Me" offerings
• Unlicensed financial or legal advice presented as fact

Coaching and services

If you offer coaching or services through your blueprint page, you are solely responsible for the quality and delivery of those services. BRAG&SHINE is a discovery platform — we do not verify credentials, certifications, or qualifications. You must clearly represent what you are and are not qualified to provide.

You may not offer services that require a license you do not hold — including medical treatment, licensed therapy, legal advice, or licensed financial advice.

Affiliate links

You may include affiliate links for products and services you genuinely used and recommend. All affiliate relationships must be disclosed in your content in accordance with FTC guidelines. BRAG&SHINE is not responsible for affiliate program terms, commission rates, or product availability.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit to BRAG&SHINE. By submitting, you grant BRAG&SHINE a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your blueprint on the platform and in marketing materials.

Violations

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal of your blueprint, suspension of your account, or permanent removal from the platform. We review all reported content and reserve the right to make final decisions on what appears on BRAG&SHINE.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BRAG&SHINE ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, creators, and users of the Platform.

2. What BRAG&SHINE is

BRAG&SHINE is a content discovery and publishing platform that allows creators to share documented personal experiences, transformations, and systems ("Blueprints"). BRAG&SHINE does not create, verify, endorse, or guarantee any content published by creators on the Platform.

3. Creator accounts

To submit a Blueprint, you must provide accurate information about yourself and your content. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and publish content on BRAG&SHINE.

4. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you submit. By submitting content, you grant BRAG&SHINE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform and in promotional materials. You represent that you own or have the right to submit all content you publish.

5. Prohibited content

You may not publish content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or in violation of any law. You may not publish medical diagnoses, prescription recommendations, or content that impersonates another person. Full guidelines are outlined in our Creator Guidelines.

6. Third party services and affiliate links

Creators may include affiliate links and references to third party products and services. BRAG&SHINE is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third party sites or products. Affiliate relationships are the sole responsibility of the creator.

7. Coaching and services

Some creators offer coaching sessions, digital products, or other services through the Platform. These services are provided by independent creators, not by BRAG&SHINE. BRAG&SHINE does not verify credentials, endorse services, or guarantee outcomes. Any transaction between a user and a creator is solely between those parties. BRAG&SHINE is not liable for any outcomes, disputes, or damages arising from creator services.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

BRAG&SHINE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results described in Blueprints will be achievable by any particular user. Individual results will vary.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRAG&SHINE and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any content published on it.

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
